Zones of responsibility:
- Guest Reception: Greet and assist office visitors such as business partners, suppliers, and candidates providing a professional and welcoming experience.

Office Supplies Management: Handle procurement of stationary items needed for office operations. Oversee the kitchen area ensuring it is well-maintained and stocked with necessary products.

Document Management: Maintain company documents, overseeing storage, archiving, and correspondence management processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Occupational Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to occupational safety laws and regulations, overseeing training, inspections, and reporting to maintain a safe working environment.

Relocation Support: Provide support and assistance in the relocation or prolongation of Temporary Residence Permits for company employees and their family members.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in addressing individuals with respect and providing accurate complete information in a professional manner.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and mail management.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks to manage interruptions and maintain productivity in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independent environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Native level of Lithuanian, English and Russian from Intermediate level.
Salary range 2100-2300 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results.
