Responsibilities

Building trusting relationships with existing Wialon partners in the assigned time zones/according to the language skills: regular communication via email, phone, video, and personal meetings, negotiations with partners according to the processes, the identification of their needs, informing about the partner community policies and monitoring over their compliance;
- Participation in expos with the company booth in the Mexican region; business trips, expo-related preparation tasks;
- Market research within the assigned sphere of responsibility;
- Constant maintenance of clients' database by using our CRM;
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles in IT sphere.
- Native level of Spanish.
- At least strong intermediate level of English.
- Recorded public speaking experience would be considered as a big plus.
